Official conference languages are Czech, Slowak and English.

Abstracts will be published in proceedings released on conference web site. All papers will be published in proceedings released on conference web site with ISBN. After you register on the conference web site, log in with your name and password to upload your abstract using online form.

It is possible to publish your paper in the one of the two following journals:

• Strojírenská technologie - the journal is in the List of Reviews, non-impact Journals of Government Council for Research, Development and Innovation published in the Czech Republic.
  • Only papers in Czech or Slovak language are accepted.
  • Instructions for authors and the agreement on transfer of copyright are available on the journal web site.
  • Only papers delivered to the e-mail address redakce(at)fvtm.ujep.cz with the note “ICTKI2016” in the subject can be further processed.


• Manufacturing Technology - the journal is indexed in the SCOPUS database.
  • Only papers in English language are accepted.
  • To upload the paper use the web portal MTAA.
  • The authors not yet registered on the MTAA portal have to register, i. e. fill in required data and send the form. To finish the registration, link in the notice delivered to the authors e-mail address has to be confirmed. After log in, papers can be uploaded (choose “ICTKI” for the “Type of article” item) and the state of the review process followed. Instruction for authors and the agreement on transfer of copyright are integrated in the portal aplication.

Publication of the paper in a particular journal is subjected to the authors instructions accomplishment, delivery of the agreement on transfer of copyright and review process. Based on the review, articles will be returned for revision, or will not be accepted for publication.

Poster size is limited by min. A3 to max. A1. Authors will have the use of boards and pins.
