Payment
Each participant of the conference has to be registered via on-line form.
ICTKI 2016 Conference Fees:

Participant is present on the conference - with contribution: 120,- EUR or 2 900,- Kč.
Students including Ph.D. students pay reduced fees: 100,- EUR or 2 400,- Kč - No personal presence on the conference (only paper publication): 90,- EUR or 2 100,- Kč.
- Participant is present on the conference - with no contribution: 80,- EUR or 1 900,- Kč.
Conference Fees include:
- participation on the conference ICTKI 2016 (coffee breaks, lunch, social evening),
- proceedings CD ROM,
- publication of accepted papers in the journal Strojírenská technologie or Manufacturing Technology.
Accommodation costs are not included in conference fees. Participants are left to book their room. Information concerning accommodation for participants with reduced prices is here.
Accompanying person fees: 80,- EUR or 1 900,- Kč. The price includes refreshments, meals and social evening.
No refunds are provided if the participant fails to turn up. However, substitute is accepted.
Payment via Bank Transfer:
In case of payments, please use your registration number as the variable symbol.
The bank charges for international payments are borne by the payer.
Each participant will receive an invoice.
The accommodation for the conference participants is arranged from 2 February to 4 February 2016 in single, double or triple rooms at the Koliba Hotel in Litoměřice, where the conference will be held.
